What a beautiful mountain home and what beautiful pictures. They inspire me to try to be more creative in my photos...thanks.
We have some dear Japanese friends who have a mountain log home in Akita and it is fun to visit them too. The little flower vase in the bathroom (toilet) is so Japanese...trying to make even that mini-room pretty.
I loved the youtube of the loud election trucks...so Japan!! We always thought someone couldn't get away with doing that in the U.S. Needless to say, we were always a relieved to have the elections over and return to a more quiet life.
So sorry you got locked our of your house...but so neat how God used even that to get to know your neighbors more. Praying God will open their hearts and use you in their lives, so be encouraged!! But totally understand that panicky feeling, definetly know fun.
Take care!!
